Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IT consulting, managed services, support, and related offerings (the “Services”) provided by inteloc (“inteloc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging inteloc for Services, submitting a support request, or otherwise using our website or Services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Description of Services
Inteloc provides IT consulting and support services for small businesses, including but not limited to: remote and on-site help desk support, managed cybersecurity and antivirus protection, network and Wi-Fi services, cloud-based backup, remote monitoring and management (RMM) of desktops and laptops, VoIP Phone systems, hosted email and Microsoft 365 services, custom websites and web hosting, and provisioning of computers, printers, and related hardware. Specific services, deliverables, and pricing for a given engagement will be described in a separate service agreement, quote, or invoice, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current contact, account, and system access information necessary for us to perform the Services. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate data backups independent of any backup services we provide, unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement. You agree to use our Services only for lawful business purposes.
3. Payment Terms
Fees for Services are as set out in your applicable quote, service agreement, or invoice. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of Services until the account is brought current.
4. Communications and SMS/Text Messaging
As part of providing support and service-related communications, inteloc may contact you by phone, email, or SMS/text message regarding support requests, service updates, and appointment scheduling. SMS communications are sent only to clients who have separately and affirmatively opted in to receive text messages, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive service through other communication channels (phone or email).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, inteloc’s total liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to inteloc for the Services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim. inteloc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While inteloc uses commercially reasonable efforts to deliver reliable IT services, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure against all possible threats, as no IT security solution can guarantee absolute protection.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing Services in accordance with the notice terms specified in the applicable service agreement. inteloc reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately in cases of non-payment or misuse of our Services.
8. Changes to These Terms
